Rutile based Electrode for Hardfacing
HF-550 is medium coated rutile type hardfacing electrode. It gives air hardening chromium, molybdenum, weld deposit which is non-machinable and is resistance to severe abrasion and moderate impact. Hardness of weld deposit is 550 VPN which can be achieved on the third layer of a mild steel based plate.
Applications
Reinforcing worn rails, crane tracks, worn out parts of earth moving equipments, crane shoes. crusher rolls. crusher jaws, grader blades and so on.
